Whistleblowing

ITS Controlli Tecnici S.p.A. (hereinafter "ITS" or "Company") in compliance with the provisions of art. 6, paragraph 2-bis of Legislative Decree 231/2001 (hereinafter "Decree 231") and to boost collaboration between all company functions and parties involved in the implementation of the Model, has set up specific channels that allow all Recipients of the Model (such as the Chairman, the Board of Directors, the Directors, the Employees, the Collaborators, the Consultants etc.) to submit reports, to protect the integrity of the Company, regarding unlawful conduct that could give rise to one of the crimes provided for by the Decree or to violations of the Model, Code of Ethics and internal procedures.
Reports of unlawful or irregular conduct must be detailed, important for the purposes of Decree 231, and based on specific and consistent facts, or on violations of the Model, Code of Ethics and internal procedures which has come to the knowledge of whistleblowers during and / or by reason of the work performed or due to the employment / collaboration relationship.
The Supervisory Body has the task of receiving, analyzing and checking the reports, also making use of the support of other functions of the Company.
The whistleblower sends the reports by filling in the "Form for reporting unlawful or irregular conduct" (the editable form is attached).

These reports must be submitted by writing alternatively:

  • electronically to the dedicated email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.;
  • on paper for the attention of the Supervisory Body, at ITS Controlli Tecnici S.p.A. - Via di Torre Rossa 66 - 00165 Rome.

The process of reporting management is carried out according to the methods established by the corporate procedure adopted by the Company about "whistleblowing", as well as in compliance with the procedures and policies adopted by the Company regarding the protection of personal data.
Confidentiality is guaranteed to the whistleblower from the moment the report is received and at each subsequent stage.
ITS promotes every initiative and adopts suitable measures in order to avoid retaliation, acts of discrimination or any other direct or indirect form of penalization against the whistleblower for reasons related to the report. Any discriminatory or retaliatory conduct may be reported to the National Labor Inspectorate both by the whistleblower and by the trade union organization suggested by the latter.
Any anonymous reports, i.e. without elements that allow the identification of their author, will be taken into consideration for further checks only if they relate to particularly serious facts and if their content is adequately detailed. ITS, in compliance with the provisions of Decree 231 and in order to prevent any abuses, has provided for specific sanctions against those who violate the measures to protect the whistleblower, as well as against those who, with willful misconduct or gross negligence, make reports that are unfounded.
