We hereby inform you that the data provided through the compilation of this online form, as well as that contained in any curriculum vitae attached and sent, will be processed exclusively for purposes of recruitment as requested by yourself.
All processing operations are carried out in respect of regulations applicable with regards to the protection of personal data and in particular those contained in Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter known as “GDPR”), as well as the obligations of confidentiality which govern our activities.
The policy describes how we collect, use and communicate your personal data and how we carry out the related treatments to ensure their security and confidentiality.

For what purposes and on what legal basis are your personal data processed?
We process your personal data exclusively for the carrying out of activities of research and selection for new professional figures to become part of our organisation. We will only contact you if your profile matches the type of professional figure we require.
Your data will be processed in full respect of that specified in current regulations for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted on your request (art. 6, co. 1, lett. B, GDPR). Your personal data of a sensitive nature will, instead, be processed on the basis of your express consent.
What type of data do we process?
We may collect the following categories of data:
- Identifying data: we use your data (such as name, surname, address, tax code, etc.) in order to appropriately assess your candidacy. To this end, we may also make use of data regarding your education and/or work experience;
- Sensitive data: your CV may contain sensitive data, and in this case, we may also process sensitive data pursuant to article 9, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, including data concerning racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as personal data which may reveal your state of health, sex life or sexual orientation.
Is the provision of personal data obligatory?
The provision of your personal data is not obligatory, but the non-provision of the same will lead to the impossibility on our part to assess your candidacy.
How long do we conserve data?
The data will be conserved in our database for a maximum of 12 months from the sending of your candidacy, or rather from the date of the last update sent by you.
To whom may the data be communicated?
Personal data may be communicated to third parties who carry out personnel assessment and selection services on behalf of ITS.
Your personal data will not be transmitted or transferred abroad.
What are your rights?
You have the right to contact ITS in order to obtain full transparency regarding processing operations and in order to exercise the rights recognised to you pursuant to articles 15 and onwards of the GDPR. In particular, you have the right, at any time, according to the modalities and within the limits set out by the aforementioned regulation, to exercise:
- The right to access: you can request information regarding processing operations carried out by ourselves or the confirmation that we are processing your personal data. You can also ask us to provide you with copies of your personal data via email, and verify what data is in our possession.
- The right to rectification: you can ask us to correct your personal data in the case that the same are not correct, including the right to request the correction of incomplete personal data.
- The right to erasure: you can ask us to cancel the data you have provided us (for example because they are no longer necessary for your candidacy).
- The right to restriction: you can ask us to limit the processing of your personal data in the case that legal requirements apply.
- The right to portability: you may receive the data that you have communicated to us in a structured format of common use and readable with an automatic device, and you have the right to transmit the data to another subject.
- The right to objection: for reasons related to your situation, you can object anytime to the processing of your personal data pursuant the article 6, par. 1, f, GDPR, except for the existence of legitimate reasons.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory authority: without prejudice to all other administrative or legal measures, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority for the protection of personal data in the case in which you feel that our processing violates the regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
Furthermore, you may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before revocation. Any requests made for the exercising of your rights must be made by writing to the address privacy@itscontrollitecnici.it
