Description of the intervention
The project is the re-development of the derelict ENEL site within the wider urban riqualification programme bordered by Via Bologna, C.so Palermo, Via Ancona and Via Pisa in Turin. The project concerns the realization of a complex of circa 33.000 sq m formed of two new building and a restoration of an existing building faced on Via Bologna and external areas. Lavazza will move in this complex that represents the new headquarter of the company.
