Description of the intervention
Aristotele is the unique and first real estate fund in Italy specilized in buildings for Universtities and Medical research centres.
The Fund has an investment plan of circa 630 million Euros, already invested in 15 buildings (i.e. the campus of Tor Vergata University in Rome with 1.500 beds and the IEO Day Center in Milan). The shareholder is the National Insititute of Social Security INPS.
