Description of the intervention
The project concerns the realization of a University college of circa 13.500 sq m to be built on a plot of land owned by the Municipality of Turin in Via Caraglia (derelict industrial site Alfa Romeo). The area is bought by Erasmo Real Estate Fund on the basis of a surface right of 99 years. In the building there are studios and single and double rooms for a total of 537 beds, and a guesthouse for the parents and common areas (gym, laundry,etc.). The compleax completed in October 2015 is a class A building.
