UNI PdR 125:2022 an objective of awareness and responsibility

ITS Controlli Tecnici S.P.A. following its own strategic vision has established a virtuous process, focused on the "enhancement" of individual and organizational performances and the variety of personal and professional characteristics has achieved the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification.

UNI/PdR 125:2022 “Guideline on the management system for gender equality" is a practice derived from a Working Table on the gender certification of companies provided for by the PNRR Mission 5, coordinated by the Department for Equal Opportunities, Department for Family Policies, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, Ministry of Economic Development and the National Equality Advisor.

To this end, ITS Controlli Tecnici S.p.A. annually sets specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in order to find new points of contact and reflection with its internal resources and prevent any situations through communication, discussion and the establishment of specific reporting channels.
