Our Eng. Cinzia Pidatella speaker at the Technical Seminar: Real Estate Finance

The “REAL ESTATE FINANCE” commission established at the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, on Wednesday 17/04/2019 offers its members a free technical seminar on the topic:

“TECHNICAL SERVICES TO SUPPORT REAL ESTATE FINANCE OPERATORS”.

The aim of this seminar and subsequent ones in the pipeline is to educate Engineers on the complex subject of real estate finance. This seminar, the fourth organized by this Commission, will address issues relating to the supply chain of technical services to support real estate finance operators.

The aim is to provide colleagues with an overview of the main areas of intervention within which the typical, and also innovative, technical-engineering skills of our profession can find ample space.

Real Estate Finance operators create value through a more careful management of real estate assets, partially modifying the traditional approach that saw the revaluation of real estate as the vehicle to defend the real value of assets from the danger of devaluation resulting from inflationary tensions.

The seminar theme was once again designed to offer those involved in professional, managerial and entrepreneurial activities the opportunity to expand and update their skills in order to be able to operate successfully in support of operators in the real estate finance sector, entering the development and management of complex real estate projects.

This seminar is aimed at exploring the issues related to technical services within the real estate industry supply chain, in particular at the service of Asset Management.
