BIM training and certification of staff

BIM certifications represent an official recognition of the skills acquired by a professional or a company in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM). For this reason, ITS Controlli Tecnici S.p.A., by training its staff, has adapted to an innovative approach to information processing in the construction sector, allowing the creation of detailed virtual models of a project, integrating the information of all the subjects involved in the design, construction and management of a building.

At the same time, BIM design will become mandatory from 1 January 2025 for all public tenders with an amount greater than 2 million euros (as decreed by the "Corrective Procurement Code", Legislative Decree 36/2023 approved by the Council of Ministers at the end of October).

ITS Controlli Tecnici S.p.A. therefore relies on the experience of its own BIM resources: Specialist, Coordinator, Manager.
